Job Role: 
We are seeking Associate Talent Manager to play a pivotal role in recruiting and selecting top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best candidates. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers and team members to meet our staffing needs efficiently and effectively. 

Ideal Candidate:

 * 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment (Technical Hiring)
* Source Top Tech Talent: Identify and attract professionals across Software engineering roles.
* Screen & Assess Technical Skills: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ technical abilities,
   experience, and cultural fit.
* Collaborate with Tech Leaders: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the latest in tech skill
   requirements and design hiring strategies.
* Build a Pipeline for Specialized Roles: Maintain a talent pool of in-demand IT skills for proactive hiring.
* Stay Updated on Tech Trends: Follow tech hiring trends, tools, and certifications to identify the best
   candidates faster.
