Role Summary: 
CES is looking for a hands-on Technical Architect who will co-own the CRM modernization strategy with the customer’s architecture team. The role demands strong technical leadership across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, along with a proactive mindset toward AI-led automation.
Experience: 10 + Years

Key Responsibilities: 
Lead solution architecture for multi-org rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
Collaborate with customer architects to define reusable templates, security design, and governance models
Drive AI-first delivery principles (e.g., Copilot, code-gen tooling, test automation)
Support DevOps readiness, code quality benchmarks, and sprint throughput metrics
Mentor development and QA teams for scalable delivery
Responsible for the architectural design, implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Strong understanding of .net, C-sharp, Power apps and Power automate.
Strong understanding of CRM Architecture Principles and best practices

Required Skills: 
Strong command Customer Engagement Module - D365 Sales, Field Service, Marketing and Customer Service modules
Architectural experience with Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate
Good exposure to F&O and Finance module integrations
Familiarity with AI/ML in CRM: Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, AI-driven QA
Clear communicator who can operate in joint architecture forums
