Ideal Candidate   

8+ years of experience in: Experience in testing enterprise applications Strong understanding of Agile processes, QA lifecycle Building Functional Test Cases. Resolving technical challenges faced within projects on a day-to-day basis. Building domain knowledge around HCM, workflows and technologies Regularly sharing status updates with leads/client managers. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

 

Must have skills  

  • Working closely with developers, project managers and other stakeholders across the SDLC Experience in testing enterprise applications Strong understanding of Agile processes, QA lifecycle Building Functional Test Cases. Resolving technical challenges faced within projects on a day-to-day basis.

  • Responsibilities Test Strategy and Execution: Define and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure the quality of complex features.  

  • Lead exploratory testing sessions and facilitate cross-functional swarm tests for thorough coverage.  

  • Collaboration and Communication: Actively participate within Scrum teams, providing valuable insights and fostering a collaborative development environment.  

  • Proactively communicate project status, risk analysis, and findings to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.  

  • Collaborate with engineers and product owners to identify and resolve defects early in the development lifecycle, enabling timely delivery of high-quality products.  

  • QA Process Improvement: Continuously improve the QA process by performing root-cause analysis of defects, identifying trends, and proposing solutions.  

  • Mentor other QA engineers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and promoting best practices within the team.  

  • Participate in the review and provide constructive feedback on test plans authored within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
