Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant to support a new customer engagement involving functional support, troubleshooting, and basic enhancements. The consultant should be capable of independently managing client discussions, identifying business needs, and delivering effective D365 Sales solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional support for Dynamics 365 Sales, including issue resolution, configuration changes, and enhancement requests.
Conduct requirement discussions directly with the customer and translate them into system configurations or improvement plans.
Perform troubleshooting, testing, and validation of system issues and enhancements.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend best practices within D365 Sales.
Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and timely support.
Maintain documentation of solutions, configurations, and change requests.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM).
Strong knowledge of D365 Sales modules — Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders, Invoices, Accounts, Contacts, Activities, and Dashboards.
Experience in customizations, business process flows, workflows, and Power Automate integrations.
Ability to independently handle client communication, requirement gathering, and delivery management.
Familiarity with D365 administration, security roles, and user management.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
