Qualifications & Skills:
8+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in B2B IT marketing, digital transformation, and brand building.
Expertise in content marketing, campaign management, and inbound lead generation.
Experience in employer branding and employee engagement strategies.
Strong analytical mindset to track KPIs, measure campaign performance, and optimize marketing efforts.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
