Job Overview:
The Director of Sales & Account Management is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market share for the Digital Transformation Services. This individual will oversee the entire sales cycle, from new customer acquisition to long-term account retention, ensuring a seamless and high-value client experience.

As a strategic leader, the Director will develop and implement sales and account management strategies, optimize sales processes, and lead a high-performing team to exceed revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of IT solutions, enterprise sales, and customer relationship management in a competitive technology-driven market.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
• Define pricing strategies, competitive positioning, and go-to-market plans for IT solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow and revenue growth.
• Oversee the development of sales proposals, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with marketing to align demand generation efforts with sales goals.

2. Account Management & Customer Retention
• Develop and implement a customer success and retention strategy to maximize client satisfaction and long-term value.
• Strengthen relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor on IT solutions and digital transformation strategies.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase revenue from existing accounts.
• Oversee the contract renewal process and mitigate churn risks through proactive engagement.
• Implement account segmentation strategies to tailor engagement and support based on client needs.

3. Leadership & Team Development
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and account management team.
• Establish clear performance KPIs, sales quotas, and customer retention targets.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Provide coaching, training, and career development opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Recruit and retain top sales and account management talent to support organizational growth.

4. Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
• Optimize the CRM tools to track sales performance and customer engagement. Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track pipeline, deals, and revenue impact.
• Develop data-driven sales forecasting models to improve accuracy and decision-making.
• Standardize sales and account management processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the IT market.

5. Executive Reporting & Strategic Contributions
• Provide regular sales performance updates, revenue forecasts, and strategic insights to executive leadership.
• Develop and present business cases for investments in sales initiatives, new markets, and product offerings.
• Participate in executive leadership meetings to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.

6. Travel & Client Engagement
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet prospects, clients, attend industry events, and support business development efforts.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen market presence.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT services sales, account management, or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT solutions, cloud computing, software development, or other technology-driven services.
• Sales Expertise: Proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, and negotiating large contracts.
• Client Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain C-level relationships with enterprise clients.
• Leadership Skills: Experience in building, managing, and scaling high-performance sales and account management teams.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to use data analytics and market insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with IT solutions.
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills to influence key decision-makers.
• Travel Ready: Holding B1/B2 US Visa applicant preferred.
