Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Functional, Regression, UI automation, performance testing, API testing and accessibility testing. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, and accessibility of our web applications.
With the advent of AI agents within browsers, an AI-first approach is essential. The ideal candidate should leverage AI agents to automatically execute tests, reducing reliance on costly and hard-to-maintain test scripts.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain UI automation frameworks
Conduct performance testing, analyze results, and provide optimization recommendations.
Perform API testing, including validation of request/response, workflows, and error handling.
Execute accessibility testing, ensuring compliance with WCAG standards.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in testing and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience with Playwright for UI automation.
Proficiency in performance testing.
Solid understanding of API testing.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and tools.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other automation tools or frameworks.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud platforms.
ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications.
