Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery across multiple environments.
• Lead automation efforts using ANT, Maven, and Groovy scripting to streamline build, test, and deployment processes for enterprise healthcare applications
• Utilize Azure DevOps for managing source code repositories, branching strategies, and user stories, supporting agile development workflows and team collaboration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to CI/CD pipelines, build failures, and deployment inconsistencies, ensuring minimal downtime and high system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and architecture to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
• Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and address operational issues in automated workflows.
• Enforce DevOps best practices for automation, version control, and release management to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Stay current with evolving DevOps tools and practices, proactively recommending improvements and new technologies.
• Participate in strategic discussions around automation architecture and contribute to long-term planning and modernization efforts.
