We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of sophisticated, interactive web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other development teams to deliver high-performance, user-friendly, and scalable full-stack solutions. This role requires a strong technical leader capable of mentoring junior developers and driving best practices across the MERN stack.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
- Develop and implement robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and manage databases using MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Build interactive, responsive user interfaces with React.js, ensuring optimal performance and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions and seamless user experiences.
- Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code across the entire MERN stack.
Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and usability. - Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative development environment.
