Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Engineer with expertise in geospatial concepts, APIs, and SDKs, particularly ArcGIS mobile runtime. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in both Android and iOS development and a successful track record of deploying apps to the app stores. This is a unique opportunity to develop cutting-edge mobile applications that will drive innovation in the energy sector. We are also open to considering experienced engineers looking to take the next step into a senior leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, development, and deployment of mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms, with a strong emphasis on geospatial functionality.
Utilize ArcGIS mobile runtimes and other geospatial APIs/SDKs to create robust, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Work effectively with offshore teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across different time zones.
Stay current with the latest mobile development trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly in the geospatial domain.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
Manage the entire app lifecycle, from concept to deployment and post-launch support.
Drive the technical vision and strategy for mobile development within the company.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed apps on iOS platforms.
Expertise in geospatial concepts, APIs, and SDKs, particularly ArcGIS mobile runtimes.
Experience developing geospatial applications supporting a disconnected environment.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, and Objective-C.
Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative fast paced team environment.
Willingness working with on and offshore teams.
