Focus: Functional Design, Process Re-engineering, & Stakeholder Orchestration
Job Role:
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be the functional heartbeat of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. You aren't just gathering requirements; you are consulting with Product Managers to re-engineer legacy workflows into optimized D365 processes. You will own the "Why" and the "How" of the solution, ensuring that our technical builds align perfectly with global business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Lifecycle Management: Lead elicitation workshops to uncover latent business needs. Transform high-level "wants" into structured Product Backlogs, utilizing User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria (AC).
Functional Solution Design: Conduct thorough Fit-Gap analyses to determine where out-of-the-box (OOB) D365 functionality meets needs versus where custom extensions or Power Platform interventions are required.
Process Orchestration: Develop comprehensive As-Is and To-Be process maps (BPMN) that integrate Sales, Field Service, and Finance workstreams into a unified Project Operations flow.
Data & Logic Architecture: Collaborate on Dataverse Entity Modeling to ensure data relationships support complex reporting and KPI tracking requirements.
UAT Strategy & Change Management: Define the UAT strategy, curate high-value test cases, and act as the final "gatekeeper" of quality before features are pushed to production.
Professional Experience:
Domain Mastery: Deep functional fluency in at least three pillars: Sales (CE), Field Service, Finance & Operations (F&O), or Project Operations.
The Power Suite: Advanced proficiency in using Power Apps for front-end UI design and Power Automate for business logic automation.
Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss API integrations, Dataverse environments, and D365 Extensions with developers while keeping the conversation business-focused for stakeholders.
Documentation Excellence: Mastery of creating professional-grade BRDs, Functional Design Documents (FDD), and interactive wireframes.
