Job Role:
We are seeking Associate Talent Manager to play a pivotal role in recruiting and selecting top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best candidates. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers and team members to meet our staffing needs efficiently and effectively.
Ideal Candidate:
* 9+ years of experience in IT recruitment (Technical Hiring)
* Proven 4+ experience working in Campus Hiring
* Skilled in developing and analyzing recruitment reports and metrics utilizing advanced Excel or PowerBI.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates hiring
managers & Account managers effectively.
• Utilize various recruitment channels & proactively do self-sourcing for senior positions and help in
onboarding quality candidates.
• Review the sourced resumes in detail, screen the candidates by having detailed calls before scheduling interviews, and assess candidates using competency-based techniques to ensure the best fit for the organization.
• Partner with the Marketing team to promote job openings on social networking sites.
• Good experience using any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for all roles within the BU, INCLUDING sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer management and onboarding.
Strategic Talent Planning:
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand upcoming workforce needs, skill gaps, and critical hiring priorities.
• Create and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the business unit's objectives and growth trajectory.
Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all hiring managers within the business unit.
• Provide consultation on job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Regularly communicate recruitment progress and challenges to the business unit leadership team.
Sourcing and Talent Pipelines:
• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
• Leverage multiple channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, campus recruitment) to source high-quality candidates.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Actively promote the business unit's culture, vision, and career growth opportunities to attract top talent.
Recruitment Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate experience feedback.
• Provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance and Best Practices:
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring processes.
• Implement recruitment best practices, including diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment strategies.
