We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ASP.NET Web Forms, C#, and SQL Server with excellent debugging skills and experience in working on complex applications. This role involves a balanced mix of troubleshooting and feature enhancements, with a 50-50 split between the two.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex applications using ASP.NET Web Forms, C#, and SQL Server.
- Debug and troubleshoot intermediate libraries and application quirks.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Implement new features and enhancements based on project requirements.
- Address security concerns, including sneaker requirements and pen testing results.
- Potentially upgrade legacy systems to newer versions, such as 4.8, if feasible.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ASP.NET Webforms, C#, JavaScript and SQL Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with intermediate libraries and complex application structures.
- Familiarity with security practices, including pen testing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with legacy system upgrades. Knowledge of security standards and best practices
