Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide Application technical support and troubleshoot issues reported by users and customers
4+ years of experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node).
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in both frontend and backend codebases.
Monitor system performance, logs, and metrics to proactively identify and address potential problems or performance bottlenecks
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
Familiarity with MongoDB queries, indexes, and performance optimization.
Basic understanding of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker).
Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Microservices and monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic).
Experience with tools like Postman, VSCode, and browser dev tools.
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure prompt response to critical issues
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development and operations processes
Maintain and update the knowledge base, SOPs, and issue resolution tracking system
Identify areas for improvement in our support processes and recommend solutions
