Key Responsibilities
Case Study Management
• Maintain and organize a central repository of case studies.
• Collaborate with account managers and technology teams to document new project insights.
• Structure case studies for easy access and repurposing by sales and marketing teams.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Analyze customer needs and industry challenges to develop insightful reports.

Content Development
